DO YOU EVER RESTOCK?

All Windfall pieces are limited and made in small batches. We don’t plan restocks for any releases currently. We gotta move forward b. Assume anything sold out is gone FOREVER.

HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS FIT?

Typically, you should stay true to size (TTS) for a slim fit and size up for a relaxed fit. All Windfall garments are generally going to be tapered, European-like trim fits. Fancy we know. To help you determine the right size, there are individual measurements in all product descriptions. Specific pieces may also have additional recommendations.

Please take time to use the provided measurements in our sizing charts for a good fit. We offer limited exchanges and refunds, but they cost us a lot as a small brand.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE PIECE?

With tender love and affection. Also, to retain original quality and fit for all tees, sweaters, and hoodies: wash inside out with cold water on a delicate cycle. Air-dry to prevent shrinking. Or tumble dry low until damp, then air-dry. Iron all graphics inside out. For all other merchandise, refer to the product’s label and description on the website.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHRINK IN THE WASH?

Yes, any clothing will shrink if you try hard enough. Windfall garments may also shrink a bit in heavy wash/dry cycles. To retain original fit, refer to above section and the product’s care instructions. Or just follow the instructions below.

WHAT’S SHIPPING LIKE?

All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. Shipping rates are calculated via shipping address, item classes, and quantities.

HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE?

After you hit that sweet sweet order confirm, please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for order processing. All domestic orders should arrive within 2-5 business days of shipment date. A USPS tracking number will be provided with all domestic orders.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Currently our online shop supports international shipping to pretty much every country. Please fill out your shipping address to see if shipping is available to your country. If yours is unavailable, contact us and we’ll work some magic.

International order processing and shipment times vary and may be subject to additional charges per customs. Shipments will be listed at retail value and identified as “Merchandise”. Before ordering overseas, please familiarize yourself with your country’s import fees. Windfall Clothing 횡재 is not responsible for any additional charges.

A USPS customs number will accompany all international orders.

I SEE FREE SHIPPING. WHAT’S LOCAL PICKUP?

Local Pickup is a free shipping option available to specific zip codes in DFW, Texas. It is reserved for negotiated local meetups only. If you live in the area, contact us to schedule a meetup!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll happily (okay maybe not happily) refund or exchange your purchase. After receiving the returned product, we will then issue you a full refund less the original shipping/handling charges, or provide an exchange. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as the customer. Exchange shipping for the new product is provided by us free of charge. Super nice of us, we know. Please email us at info@windfallclothing.com with your Order # in the subject line to start the returns process.

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and unwashed. We are not responsible for covering shipping costs of returning any used merchandise. For real, if you’ve worn it, it’s yours now. Please enjoy it.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to high costs of shipping. Please ensure your order is correct before we ship it out.
